**Experience:**
- Proven experience in account management or outside sales
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to effectively market staffing services
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals within the staffing industry
- Fluency in Spanish (nice-to-have)
- Excellent customer service skills
